DON'T Make a New Year's Resolution
Join Certified Life Coach and Studio owner j in this lively and interactive discussion about goal-setting and why we often don't persist in following through with the New Year’s resolutions we declare. Typically, we lose momentum around our resolutions because they are performance based rather than value aware and strengths driven. This 90 minute workshop explores how we can couple a mindful approach with personal strengths to achieve the change we desire. We will identify strengths, learn how to make thoughtful adjustments when we fall short, and explore the power of gratitude and accountability in everyday life. Each participant will leave with a clearly articulated plan for making the change they want to see in 2020.
Pre-registration is required. The $30 fee includes a workbook used during and after the workshop and a follow-up individual coaching session. Class is limited to 12 participants.
