Facilitator and owner of Quest for Balance Wellness, j Miranda, is a Reiki Master Teacher and author of The Reiki Path: Return to Source™, a program that takes a holistic approach to the study and practice of traditional Usui Reiki.

Learn new ways to support your self-care

This experiential class introduces the healing art of Reiki. You will learn meditation and energy balancing techniques easily integrated into any mindful practice. The beauty of Reiki is that it allows us to settle fully into our healing potential and capacity for self-care. The practice results in relaxation, which fully supports the body’s natural inclination toward healing and reduction in stress.

We will explore a brief history of Reiki and its founder, Mikao Usui; and learn techniques for quieting the mind, controlling the breath, and coming to presence. 

No experience is necessary, and all are welcome. In-studio participation is limited to 9 persons and the class will be offered simultaneously online.
