About this experience

Our six-week beginner yoga program starts Jan. 24. Led by Kim Green, each class will include a short lecture followed by a yoga practice.  All are welcome, but we will focus on beginning yoga for seniors.

The studio will provide all the necessary items including mats, blocks, straps, and other props that we use in the practice of yoga. Dress comfortably, and if you are new to the studio, come a bit early for a tour of our space.
