Jeanne Servais returns to QFBW to lead this special collection of five unique Move Well Yoga classes. Each class focuses on a different target area of the body. Class passes may be used.
Move Well Yoga: Whole Body Tune Up
Sunday, March 27, 3 p.m.
This class will touch on moving all the major joints in our bodies infused in a yoga flow practice. There are takeaways that you can do anytime, every day if you so desire!
Move Well Yoga: Opening the Front of the Body
Sunday, April 3, 3 p.m.
The antidote to sitting, we’ll move the body through gentle extension to open the front side of the body. Great for everyone!
Move Well Yoga: Movement Interlude for Hips
Sunday, April 10, 3 p.m.
A hip-accessible class that will explore all the ranges of motion for our hips. Motion is lotion and this class will lubricate and strengthen!
Move Well Yoga: Extremities
Saturday, April 16, 3 p.m. (to accommodate Easter Sunday)
Often overlooked, movement will focus on hands, wrists, feet, ankles, and knees. No need to take your extremities to extremes, students are encouraged to explore ranges that feel good for them.
Move Well Yoga: Sneaky Core Strength
Sunday, April 24, 3 p.m.
No sit-ups in this class! It’s a yoga flow practice that taps into reflexive core strength. A little sneaky? Yes, but also a little fun!
