About this experience
Power yoga is a vinyasa style yoga that incorporates strength building, purposeful breathing, and alignment. Power yoga teaches you to look toward opportunity and be creative on your mat all while respecting your body and connecting to your inner wisdom. If you're looking for a high energy flow and connection, this class is for you! All skill and fitness levels are welcome.
The weekly class is taught by Chelsea Shafer, QFBW's newest teacher. She earned her 200 hour certification at Be Moved Power Yoga in West Lafayette where she has been teaching. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics/Nutrition from Purdue University, and is completing certification as a registered dietician.
