The start of this series is being postponed one week. New start day is Friday, March 4, 10 a.m.

This six week series introduces yoga as an essential practice for any golfer wanting to enhance and further enjoy the sport. This course focuses on three core elements - the breath and breath awareness, yoga postures and flows to improve physical strength and flexibility, and simple practices to sustain physical and mental wellbeing between tee times.

Each session is built on the concept of physical alignment through the practice of yoga. Throughout the series, we also explore the connections between the body and the mind, noting how each informs and strengthens the other. In each class, we will also integrate the instruments of the sport including the clubs and balls to further develop the connections between the yoga practice and tee time.
