Since ancient times, people have turned to sound and vibration as powerful tools for balance and healing. Building on a rich history of early thinkers and , this hands-on workshop invites you to explore how sound can calm the mind, ease the body, and open pathways for self-awareness.
Together, we’ll look at how sound waves affect the nervous system and energy flow, blending ancient insights with modern science. You’ll also get plenty of time to practice—learning how to ring a singing bowl, strike a tuning fork, and work with tone and silence to create soothing, centering experiences. Whether you’re curious about sound healing for personal growth or as a complement to other wellness practices, this course offers a nurturing place to listen, learn, and resonate.
Workshop fee includes workbook and singing bowl.
