A year long exploration of intentional presence
Fourth Wednesday of each month at 7pm
Each session integrates a guided meditation practice along with the opportunity to talk about the benefits of mindfulness in our daily lives. As we learn together, we can cultivate approaches to effectively shift our thoughts and behaviors to build awareness and create practices unique to each person. This ongoing series is designed for those new to mindfulness and meditation as well as those who wish to refresh their ongoing practice.
Registered participants also have access to a brief video summary and guided meditation for each topic and additional materials to support a regular practice between sessions.
Participants can redeem class passes or pay a $15 drop in fee at the studio for each meeting.
