Kitten Yoga

What could be more fun than doing yoga in a studio full of kittens? Join Quest for Balance Wellness, Cats Limited, and the Montgomery County Animal Welfare League on Saturday, November 9, from 10:30-12:30 at the QFBW studio for a purrfect combination of movement and meows.

20 Minute yoga classes will be offered on the half hour alongside kittens available for adoption from the Montgomery County Animal Welfare League and Cats Limited. Between classes you will have the opportunity to interact with the kittens, talk with representatives from Cats Limited and MCAWL to learn more about their work, and complete an application for adoption if you are interested.

Cats Limited, in partnership with the Animal Welfare League, works incredibly hard to reduce the feral and stray cat populations in our county. As a non-profit organization, they rely on the generosity of the community to do their work. All proceeds, including the suggested $10 fee for the yoga class, will be donated to Cats Limited. In addition to cash donations, we will be accepting food, toys, and litter.
