Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
8 Week Course
We will be offering our 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) course in collaboration with Mindful in Moco. Led by Neil Schmitzer-Torbert, the series starts Saturday, August 10th at 10am. Space is limited to 25 people, and we have an early bird discount through August 1st.
Developed in the 1970s, MBSR has been tested in hundreds of research studies. MBSR has proven effective in helping us deal with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and a range of other conditions.
