Invitation to Self Care
Classes offered with a sliding scale because we do not want cost to prevent anyone from enjoying our classes. Clients can contact Jai confidentially, if cost is a concern.

Self care is not self indulgent. We will explore practices including breath work, meditation, sound healing, movement, and other modalities that support our wellbeing and help us establish a regular routine of self care. This experience offers an opportunity to reflect on our lived experience, reconnect with and rediscover beliefs and practices that are important to us, and explore different ways to embody wellness.
Limited to 12 participants.
Investment: $50 payable online or in studio. If paying in studio at the time of the workshop, just contact Jai and let them know.
