Pilates

This class focuses on building core strength, enhancing spine health, and overall fitness. The class builds progressively over the six week period. All levels are welcome, no experience necessary.

Class meets on Thursday evening, 5:30pm - 6:30pm, September 12 through October 17

Tai Chi

This 12 week class teaches the 24-movement Tai chi chuan, a gentle practice that combines movement with breath in a continuous flow. Class size is limited, so be sure to reserve your space now. Class meets Wednesday evening 7:00pm-8:20pm beginning August 21.

Meditation/Sound Healing Sunday

Join studio owner j miranda in this special time of coming to center in a gentle meditative practice accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal bowl, hang drum, and other sound healing instruments. Check the QFBW schedule for dates and times.
