Sound Healing Sunday

On the heels of the total eclipse, this session will focus on planetary frequencies. Using a combination of tuned pipes and singing bowls, Jai will offer an immersive experience designed to calm the body, mind, and spirit. At the beginning of the session, Jai will talk briefly about the science of sound and vibration.
