About this experience

Tai Chi I and II teach the 24-movement Tai chi chuan, a gentle practice that combines movement with breath in a continuous flow. Tai chi I will cover the basics along with the first series of movements and Tai Chi II will continue with the second series of movements while reviewing the first series of movements from Tai Chi I.
