About the Experience
Each day is an invitation to be our very best. It can be hard to remember that self care is not self indulgent. I fact it is necessary if we want to fulfill our potential and to care for those around us. This interactive workshop introduces breath work, movement, and sound healing and other modalities as daily self-care practices. Because we have unique needs, you will also learn how to assess your wellness needs and the importance of cultivating inner awareness through daily self-reflection. About your Facilitator
Wellness educator Jai Miranda has been leading workshops and retreats and serving individual clients for nearly 20 years. Owner of Quest for Balance Wellness, Jai is an ICF credentialed Professional Certified Coach having offered more than 2500 hours of coaching as a wellness and bereavement coach. Jai is also a Certified Yoga Instructor and Certified Reiki Master Teacher.
We offer a sliding scale for our workshops because we do not want cost to prevent anyone from enjoying any opportunity to grow at the studio. Contact Jai confidentially if cost is a concern.
