Mindfulness Meditation
Weekly Practice
Join us on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month from 2:00-3:00pm for mindfulness meditation. A personal mindfulness practice can help us feel grounded in our daily life. And, our personal mindfulness practice can be enriched by meditating with others. Our bi-weekly sessions (facilitated by Neil Schmitzer-Torbert or Jai Miranda) will focus on introducing mindfulness practices (sitting meditation, and body awareness). Each week, we will spend some time practicing, using guided or silent meditations, and taking some time for discussion of mindfulness practice. No prior experience with meditation required. Class passes may be used, donations welcome.
