A year long exploration of intentional presence
First Sunday of each month at 2pm
Each session integrates a guided meditation practice along with the opportunity to talk about the benefits of mindfulness in our daily lives. As we learn together, we can cultivate approaches to effectively shift our thoughts and behaviors to build awareness and create practices unique to each person. This ongoing series is designed for those new to mindfulness and meditation as well as those who wish to refresh their ongoing practice.
This is not a continuous series, you can join any month that the topic interests you.
Participants can redeem class passes or pay a $18 drop in fee at the studio for each meeting.
