Mindful Living Series


Mindful Living is a monthly, drop‑in gathering that blends guided meditation with conversation about how mindfulness can support everyday life. As we learn together, we can cultivate approaches to effectively shift our thoughts and behaviors to build awareness and create practices unique to each person. Each session is welcoming to both new and experienced practitioners, and you can attend any month that the topic speaks to you.

Participants can redeem class passes or pay a $18 single class fee at the studio for each meeting.
