This class focuses on building core strength, enhancing spine health, and overall fitness. The class builds progressively over the six week period. All levels are welcome, no experience necessary.

Pilates classes are being scheduled for early summer.

Tai Chi I and II

Tai chi I and II teach the 24-movement Tai chi chuan, a gentle practice that combines movement with breath in a continuous flow. Tai chi I will cover the basics and Movements 1-9, and Tai chi II will continue with Movements 10-24, while reviewing Movements 1-9.

Tai chi I begins Wednesday March 4, 7:00-8:20p and meets for 8 weeks through April 22. Class size is limited, so be sure to reserve your space now. Class passes and drop in fees welcomed.
