Our studio has been a cornerstone of the Yoga community in Crawfordsville since 2012. In 2019, we expanded to include Pilates, Tai Chi, Reiki and other wellness experiences.

A new registration system launches later this week. July special events include Reiki for Self-Care, a new grief support experience, and our bi-monthly Sound Healing Sunday.
QFBW In-studio and Online Classes and events
We are offering a LIMITED number of in-studio classes. Each in-studio class is limited to 6 persons and will also be streamed for those who do not wish to attend class in person or cannot attend due to enrollment limits. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged.

Online classes and sessions (no enrollment limit):
Tuesday 9:00am: Virtual Coffee Hour. Grab your cup of coffee, tea, or other morning beverage and join in the conversation! This informal time is simply for us to come together, check in on each other and say hello. Stay for a bit or stay for a while! Drop in any time during the hour. Wednesday 3:00pm: Chair Yoga with Kim. Using the chair as a prop and source of support, this class explores variations in traditional yoga postures. Appropriate for anyone who has difficulty getting down and up from the floor or recovering from injury. Attend this class online
Wednesday 7:00pm: Tai chi with Sherry. Tai chi I and II teach the 24-movement Tai chi chuan, a gentle practice that combines movement with breath in a continuous flow. Tai chi I will cover the basics and Movements 1-9. Attend this class online
