Our studio has been a cornerstone of the Yoga community in Crawfordsville since 2012. In 2019, we expanded to include Pilates, Tai Chi, Reiki and other wellness experiences.

Quest for Balance Wellness welcomes yoga instructor and personal trainer Allen Richardson. New classes include Introduction to Yoga, Beginning Yoga, and Meditation and Mudras. Introduction to Yoga
Saturday, March 7, 10:00am -12:00pm
This two hour workshop is designed as an experience to release your worries about attending your first yoga class. You will be gently introduced to basic yoga postures and common terms in a way that is safe and easy to understand. There will be time allowed for questions and discussion in which your questions and concerns can be addressed so that your first experience with yoga will be fulfilling and enjoyable! Class will be a combination of lecture, discussion and a gentle yoga practice. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
