Weekly Meditation: Meditation and Mudras starts February 23
Sunday afternoons at 4pm, join studio owner j as we join in a meditation practice and discussion about the benefits of mindfulness. February 23 starts a short series, Meditation and Mudras. $5 donation.
Yin Yoga Series - February 20 through March 26th
Led by Debi Swinford, come to stillness in yin yoga while experiencing vibrations and sounds that stimulate the chakras and nervous system. Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative yoga practice that allows for lengthening of the connective tissues while unraveling deep-seated tension. In this yin class, you will be encouraged to hold seated or reclined postures for three to five minutes using various props. This allows your body to soften into the pose, and the mind can then move to a more meditative state. Class passes or drop in fee welcomed.
Tai chi Starts Wednesday March 4
This spring, we are offering Tai chi as two 8 week classes - Tai chi I that focuses on the foundations and first none movements. Tai chi II reviews the first 9 movements and introduced movements 10-24. 7:00-8:20pm. Class passes or drop in fee welcomed.

What our clients have to say

I love the atmosphere at Quest for Balance!! I took a 6-week Tai Chi class here, and it soon became the highlight of my week. The people are friendly and welcoming, and the studio is clean, warm, and inviting. I highly recommend it!

I attend Thursday night pilates classes at Quest for Balance Wellness and can't praise the studio enough! The studio is always spotless, the instructors are great and incredibly welcoming, and the cost is very reasonable. It's the best studio around -- and I drive from Greencastle!
