Our studio has been a cornerstone of the Yoga community in Crawfordsville since 2012. In 2019, we expanded to include Pilates, Tai Chi, Reiki and other wellness experiences.

Quest for Balance Wellness is happy to announce that for the remainder of the month, we will be streaming as many classes from the studio as we can. If you can't attend, don't worry - we will make a recording available for a short time after. If you are new to the studio, this is a wonderful way to experience the high quality teachers that provide our instruction. You will be asked to register for the classes, but there is no charge for any class.
Online Experiences at the Studio
Each week we offer the following live streams:
Wednesday 9:00am: Virtual Coffee Hour. Grab your cup of coffee, tea, or other morning beverage and join in the conversation! This informal time is simply for us to come together, check in on each other and say hello. Stay for a bit or stay for a while! Drop in any time during the hour. Wednesday 3:00pm: Chair Yoga with Kim. Using the chair as a prop and source of support, this class explores variations in traditional yoga postures. Appropriate for anyone who has difficulty getting down and up from the floor or recovering from injury. Attend this class
Wednesday 5:30p Yoga for Strength and Mobility with Allen. Register for this class
Thursday 7:00pm: Mindful Care Circle. Facilitated by Certified Life and Bereavement Coach j, this hour is a supportive space to come together and find encouragement in these difficult times. We will explore the challenges that arise as we strive to remain connected amidst the circumstance-imposed disconnection, and offer hope and loving-kindness to one another. Sign up to attend
Friday 10:00am: Qigong with Kim. Qigong is a practice that focuses on energy flow through body using gentle movement. View the May 8 class
