Move Well and Roll & Release Series with Jeanne
Starting on Sunday, September 18, "Move Well" classes intentionally and thoughtfully infuse yoga with strength and mobility movements. Classes are structured for all levels of experience. "Roll & Release" classes offer guided self-myofascial massage using therapy balls. Self-mysofascial release can help relieve tension in underlying tissues, increase body awareness and mobility, and relieve pain. Rolling therapy is more effective with tight clothing and directly on skin. A limited number of therapy balls are provided, and students are encouraged to bring their own supply if they have them. Therapy balls will also be available for purchase. All classes are approximately 60 minutes long; class passes can be used

PURCHASE OR RENEW YOUR CLASS PASSES
Single Class passes are $15 or $10 for seniors (65+) and full-time students, payable at the studio. All passes are good for one year from date of purchase. A variety of pass packages are available. Unless otherwise noted, class passes may be used for any class.
